Champion Beauty College

Admissions Policy

 

Champion Beauty College accepts all students regardless of age, sex, race, creed, color, sexual, orientation, national origin, mental or physical disability, veteran’s status, or other protected status under applicable law.

Champion Beauty College operates under admissions requirements set by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations as follows:

 

  1. Must be at least 17 years of age.

  2. Must have the following documents.

    1. High School Diploma or GED

    2. Valid Driver’s License or State Issued I.D.

    3. Social Security Card

    4. $525.00 to be paid must meet satisfactory progress.

    5. 30-day probationary period must meet satisfactory progress

    6. ​

  3. Must visit the school and interview with the Director or Staff member appointed by the Director.

  4. High School students are accepted for summer makeup hours with a High School instructor.

  5. ​

All applicants must submit the required TDLR application for student registration, a copy of their birth certificate or driver's license, social security card, and a copy of their High School diploma or GED to complete the registration process.

Prospective students are required to visit the schools for a tour and an interview. During this visit, the prospect is informed of the course cost, job-market statistics, duties, salary ranges, and placement history for the program in which they are interested. The prospective student also receives general information about the financial programs available.

Champion Beauty College accepts transfer students from other schools based on the school’s Transfer Student Acceptance Policy and places them according to their proficiency level.
