General Information

 

The student is given a complete tour of the facilities and will receive a school catalog, in a one-on-one time with staff members to answer any questions or concerns about their chosen curriculum. The student is provided with information that contains but is not limited to; a copy of the school’s mission statement, a list of school staff, a schedule of tuition and fees with payment options, and late fee guidelines. Also included is a list of books and supplies needed, a school calendar, rules and regulations, admission and academic policies, satisfactory academic progress requirements, student services guidelines, and a complete curriculum for their course of study. The student is also provided with information regarding completion rates of students from school, pass/fail rates, compensation of a successful graduate who may reasonably expect safety requirements for the profession, and licensure requirements. Finally, the student is informed of school expectations and the school extends the offer to be available at any time during their coursework to help with any questions or concerns that may arise. The student then begins their curriculum under the guidance of a certified school instructor.
