Grievance Policy- Students and Staff
Champion Beauty College intends to offer a friendly, enjoyable, and pleasant learning and working environment.
All grievances must be in a Written Form and filed with the director. All grievances will be taken seriously, and every effort will be made to resolve the grievance. Discussion of the grievances will be held in private with the student, instructor, staff member, and/ or director present. The discussion may be recorded, and the director may request others to present. If the grievance involves other students or staff, additional people may be called in after the initial attempt at resolution. If a grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the student or staff member, the director’s decision is final.
